1. Chop the frozen crickets, you can use a blender as well but chopping the crickets makes the croquettes a bit more fluffy. 2. Use the ratio of 1:1:1 for crickets, fish paste and pork, add seasoning, amount of your liking and mix well. 3. Shape the dough with your hands or a tablespoon and fry them. You can of course fry them in a pan with a lot of oil.
